Meal Tracker

Record everything you eat for three days.  
(Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks)

Determine which of the food groups you ate during those meals.
For example, if you had a hamburger, you would write:

Hamburger paddy:   Meat's and Alternatives
Bun:   Breads and Cereals
Lettuce:   Fruits and Vegetables
Tomato: Fruits and Vegetables
Cheese:   Dairy and Dairy Products
