My Five Day Menu

Design your own Five Day Menu.  You can use your Student Cookbooks or your favourite home-cooked meals.  Keep in mind 

  1. Download Menu Pages
  2. Check out the Canada Food Guide to see how many Nutrition Points you need for each day.
  3. Plan your meals for the five days.
  4. Use the Canada Food Guide to see how many servings of each Food group your meal contains.
  5. Tally your Food Group Servings for each day.
When you are finished, hand in a copy to Mr. Grafton.  Then, try out your menu at home.
